Storyhouse, Chester

Chester’s brand new venue is now open.  Storyhouse, a restored Odeon cinema now houses a theatre, cinema, library and arts centre.

Ben consulted on the original specification of the sound equipment in the venue, helping to suggest suitable technology for the new theatre.

Ben then sound designed the first production in the theatre, The Beggar’s Opera.  The show is a comedy  version of first ever popular musical, specially written for the opening of the new theatre.
